Terms of sale

• What you buy. Ronin is a digital product: a written guide, starter code and a setup video for building your own voice assistant on a Mac. Nothing is shipped.
• Price and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything we charge. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Delivery. Right after payment you get a download link on the confirmation page and in your email receipt.
• Your licence. You can use the guide and code for yourself and change them however you like. Please don't resell or share the paid files.
• Other services. The assistant uses services run by other companies, such as Google Gemini and Anthropic's Claude. They have their own terms and prices, and they can change. We list what you'll need before you buy.
• No guarantees beyond these terms. We test the guide carefully, but software and outside services change. If it doesn't work for you, the refund below applies.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Refunds

If the product doesn't work for you, email support@waar.com.hk within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with, and we'll refund you in full to the card you paid with. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Privacy

• What we collect. Your email address, when you join a waitlist or buy. When you pay, Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Why. To send you what you bought, answer your questions, and tell waitlist members when a product launches.
• What we don't do. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
• Where it's kept. Waitlist emails are stored privately with our hosting provider, Vercel. Purchase records are kept by Stripe.
• Your choice. Email support@waar.com.hk to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave a waitlist.
